The World Health Organization says the number of new Ebola infections in West Africa is about the same as it was the week before, with a rise in some areas and a decline in others. U.S. President Barack Obama on Wednesday asked Congress for more than $6 billion to combat the Ebola virus at its source. Zlatica Hoke reports.
