With congressional Democrats agreeing to support passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement, or USMCA, American farmers are preparing for a major boost of food exports. Yet they still expect another year of ongoing trade uncertainty, as VOA's Kane Farabaugh reports from Chicago.
