Millions of women took to the streets in the United States and overseas to highlight pay inequality, discrimination and other societal challenges during January's massive rallies. On Wednesday as part of International Women's Day, many hope to put the spotlight on the same issues, this time, by staying home as part of "A Day Without a Woman" strike.
