The U.N. Climate Summit outside Paris is being called the largest gathering of world leaders in history and is aimed at reaching an agreement to slow down global warming. Talks in Copenhagen six years ago failed to reach a climate agreement, but as VOA Europe Correspondent Luis Ramirez reports from Paris, there is optimism that these talks could yield a wide-ranging deal.
