Officials from around the world are actively preparing for the two-week United Nations Climate Change Conference in France next month, hoping to reach a universal legally binding agreement on limiting carbon emissions, after two decades of negotiations. The so-called greenhouse gases are blamed for global warming and its harmful effects on human existence. Zlatica Hoke reports that climate was high on the agenda in the United States as well as in France on Tuesday.
