Officials from around the world are actively preparing for the two-week United Nations Climate Change Conference in France next month, hoping to reach a universal legally binding agreement on limiting carbon emissions, after two decades of negotiations. The so-called greenhouse gases are blamed for global warming and its harmful effects on human existence.
