Syria's political turmoil and Islamic State unrest will be high on the agenda for U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who leaves Thursday for Tunisia, Austria and Turkey. In Austria, Kerry and his counterparts will seek to make progress on a political resolution for Syria. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins reports.
