Yemen's internal conflict has expanded regionally, with airstrikes from a Saudi-led coalition and a vow by Egypt to commit ground troops if needed. Experts say the international community has failed Yemen by focusing too much on the fight against al-Qaida and not enough on the country's development. VOA's Victoria Macchi reports.
