Thirty young budding entrepreneurs are heading to Marrakach, Morocco this week (Nov. 18-21) for the chance to win up $15,000 in grants to get their start-up science and technology business ideas off the ground. It's the final stage of a global entrepreneurship competition called "TECH-I" - sponsored by the U.S. State Department and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
