Trump spoke shortly after the U.S. Congress approved the tax reform bill, which was vote on by the Republican-dominated House of Representatives for a second time because of a procedural glitch. Polls show that more than half of American voters disapprove of President Donald Trump's performance in office. However, many voters in rural America support the president. They say the polls are not accurate and that politicians in both parties and the media are working to undermine him. U.S. officials said Tuesday that North Korea has been identified as the originator of cyber attacks that caused significant damage to organizations in Britain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan in the past year. Cyber experts agree that North Korea used ransomware "WannaCry", to capture data from about 230,000 computers in more than 150 countries. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
