Fifty-four years ago, black civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech in Washington. On Monday, hundreds of ministers and practitioners of many religions commemorated that speech with a march for justice. VOA's Carolyn Presutti reports
Waters have continued to rise in the flooded areas of Texas and Louisiana, causing what the National Weather Service calls an "unprecedented" crisis. At least six people have died and an estimated 30,000 have been evacuated. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
