O'Hern Leads Heineken Golf, Els 3 Strokes Back


Australian Nick O'Hern has a slim one stroke lead after three rounds of play at the Heineken Classic golf tournament in Melbourne, Australia.

O'Hern has a 54-hole total of 14-under, 199, after carding an 8-under, 63 Saturday.

Countrymen Craig Parry and Jarrod Lyle are at tied for second at 13-under, 200.

Three-time defending champion Ernie Els of South Africa fired a 66 in his third round, and is now in fourth place together with Australian Brett Rumford, three strokes off the lead.

Four golfers - Britons Simon Dyson and Steve Webster, Sweden's Henrik Stenson and Australian Peter Lonard - are another shot back at 203.
