Voice of America will debut a new Tibetan-language television show Wednesday, the first regular television program offered to Tibetans apart from those produced in China.
A VOA statement said Tuesday that the weekly program, Talk to VOA, will feature newscasts, world news reports, and a call-in segment in which viewers can discuss issues of the day.
The one-hour program will be broadcast on television via satellite, on short-wave radio, and on the Internet.
