Militants in Lebanon Kill 3 Soldiers

Officials in Lebanon say militants have killed at least three Lebanese soliders in the latest fighting at a Palestinian refugee camp.

The officials say the soldiers were killed Sunday at the Nahr al-Bared camp in northern Lebanon.

More than 200 people have been killed since fighting erupted between Lebanon's army and the Fatah al-Islam militants at the camp on May 20. The dead include more than 110 soldiers and at least 60 militants.

The army has pushed slowly into the refugee camp trying to force the militants to surrender. Most of the camp's residents have been evacuated.

The conflict at the camp is the worst internal violence in Lebanon since the 1975-1990 civil war.
