A sixth U.S. service member has died after Thursday's crash of an American military helicopter in northern Italy.
Officials said Friday that the serviceman died in a hospital overnight.
A U.S. army Blackhawk helicopter, carrying 11 people, crashed in a field outside the city of Treviso after taking off from the U.S. Air Force base at Aviano on a training flight.
Officials say they pulled four bodies from the charred aircraft. Seven servicemen were injured and two later died.
The cause of the crash has yet to be determined.
