Former South African President Mandela Marks 90th Birthday Friday

Former South African president Nelson Mandela says society must change the way it treats its children. Mandela was speaking at a party in Johannesburg with schoolchildren to celebrate his 90th birthday on Friday. VOA's Deborah Block has more.
