The U.S. men's soccer team has defeated Honduras, 4-0, in an international friendly match at Safeco Field in Seattle, Washington.
Clint Mathis and Landon Donovan scored two goals apiece for the U.S. team. Mathis had goals in the 13th and 58th minutes. Donovan had goals in the 43rd and 67th minutes.
The match was one of several friendlies on the U.S. schedule as Coach Bruce Arena finalizes his roster for this year's World Cup in South Korea and Japan.
