SADC Exapnds Task Force to Include Four More Nations - 2003-04-11

The addition of four more countries to the SAD team investigating human rights abuses in Zimbabwe has continued to generate reaction.

While some analysts say it’s a step in the right direction others say it favors the Zimbabwe government. Brian Raftapolos is professor of development studies at the University of Zimbabwe.

He says more countries outside the region should be added to the team. He gave reporter Chinedu Offor an assessment of the recent changes.
