A bomb blast in Iraq near the offices of a key Shi'ite political party has injuring at least one person and badly damaged the building.
Witnesses say the blast occurred in the town of Baquba, north of Baghdad, Wednesday morning outside the offices of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.
There has been no claim of responsibility for the blast.
The party is among others in Iraq's Shi'ite majority that have criticized the new interim constitution, saying it give gives too much power to minority Kurds.
On Tuesday in Baquba a roadside bomb killed a U.S. soldier.
Meanwhile, in Washington, CIA Director George Tenet faced more tough questions from U.S. lawmakers about pre-war intelligence on Iraq.
Mr. Tenet told the Senate Armed Services committee Tuesday that he did not believe policy-makers in the Bush administration deliberately misrepresented intelligence facts to justify the war in Iraq.
The White House has come under criticism for the failure to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq -- one of the main reasons given for the U.S.-led invasion last March.
