New Documents Show Bryant Accuser Told Police She Repeatedly Said 'No'  - 2004-10-02

Newly released documents from the Kobe Bryant rape case show his accuser told police that she repeatedly said "no" during their sexual encounter, but he ignored her.

Rape charges against the National Basketball Association star were dismissed last month after his 20-year-old accuser refused to testify. Mr. Bryant still faces a federal civil lawsuit from the accuser for unspecified damages.

In the newly released police documents, the accuser said Mr. Bryant gripped her neck and ignored her entreaties to stop. The basketball star has said their sexual encounter was consensual.
