Chinese President In Kenya On Last Leg Of Africa Tour


China's President Hu Jintao is in Kenya, the final stop of his three-nation trip to Africa.

Mr. Hu is expected to sign offshore oil and gas exploration agreements in Nairobi Friday.

Thursday, Mr. Hu wrapped up a two-day visit to Nigeria with an address to Parliament in which he urged a strategic partnership between China and Africa.

During his visit, Nigeria agreed to award China four oil drilling licenses in exchange for a promised $4-billion investment in Nigeria's infrastructure.

Earlier this week, Mr. Hu was in Morocco, where he signed agreements on trade, science, culture and health care.
