Protesters, Thai Police Scuffle During Anti-Islam Film Protest

Islamic demonstrators clashed with police outside the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thursday, during a rally against the video of a film made in the United States that disrespects the Prophet Muhammad.

Demonstrators attempting to rush the U.S. embassy were held back by hundreds of police officers. Thursday's demonstration marks the second in as many weeks.

Protesters in Bangkok have taken to the streets to express their anger about the film that has triggered demonstrations in several Muslim countries. The protesters want Google and YouTube to remove the video from their websites, and they are calling on the U.S. government to take action against the filmmaker.
