A Philippines graft court has ordered the arrest of Senator Jinggoy Estrada on a charge of receiving huge kickbacks from government development and anti-poverty funds.

Estrada, the son of former president and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, is accused of pocketing more than $4 million from the funds.

He gave himself up to Manila police Monday morning after the Sandiganbayan anti-graft court said it had found probable cause to proceed with the charges and issued an arrest warrant on the charge of "plunder." Another senator, Ramon Revilla, was arrested Friday on similar charges.

The two are among dozens of lawmakers, their staff and other officials accused of embezzling millions of dollars from public funds.
