Economy, Iraq, Health Care Still Prominent Issues in US

The United States is the only wealthy, industrialized nation that does not provide universal health care for its citizens. And now, rising costs for both health care and for insurance premiums put health care out of reach for many Americans. Forty-seven million do not have health insurance.
