Obesity Among American Children, Teens Stabilizes

For more than two decades, obesity has increased among American children. The same is true for children in parts of Europe. And doctors in China, Latin America, the Middle East and even Africa are concerned about increased obesity in children and teenagers. But, in the United States, at least, there seems to be a glimmer of hope: childhood obesity seems to have hit a plateau. VOA's Carol Pearson has more.
