Port of New Orleans Copes Well with Hurricane Disruption

The port of New Orleans, Louisiana is resuming normal operations less than five days after the  US Gulf Coast was hit by Hurricane Gustav.  The storm did far less damage than Hurricane Katrina three years ago.
