What a farce. What Africa DOESN'T need is another blue-ribbon panel of 'experts' looking at a huge problem. The problem of corruption exists everywhere and is only highlighted in Africa because there is little to contrast it with. Better to work on developing the economies and the legal systems...corruption won't go away as long as there are humans involved, but its effects can be lessened.
