Azarenka Defends Australian Open Title

World number one tennis star Victoria Azarenka of Belarus has won her second straight Australian Open title, beating Li Na of China in three sets .

Li fell twice on the court with a twisted ankle, striking her head hard on the court in the second fall during the final set.

Along with the two injury delays, a fireworks celebration nearby for Australia Day caused another 10-minute delay.

Azarenka won five of the final six games to earn her second major title.

The men's final, between world number one Novak Djokovic of Serbia and third seeded Andy Murray of Britain will be played on Sunday.
