The courts were used to getting instruction from the late Prime Minister on such illegal charges against innocent citizens. Now that the Prime Minister is dead they don't know how to go about it. The current Prime Minister is powerless and is there only to give time to TPLF members to re-organize. As you can see in the link provided by government blog the attempt now is to try to link Eskinder to the holocaust! And the US and Britain continue to stand behind such a despotic government.
