People walk arm-in-arm past a memorial outside the school for victims following a deadly shooting nearly a week earlier, in Marysville, Washington, Oct. 30, 2014.

A teenage girl, shot last week at her high school near Seattle in the northwestern U.S. state of Washington, has died from her wounds.

Fourteen-year-old Shaylee Chuckulnaskit died Friday.

Two other students died in the rampage at the school on October 24 at the Marysville-Pilchuck High School, about 55 kilometers north of Seattle.

Two students remain hospitalized. Both are cousins of the shooter.

A 15-year-old student at the school has been identified as the gunman. Jaylen Fryberg walked into the school's cafeteria and opened fire. He shot and killed himself after shooting at the other students.

Television pictures showed people streaming out of the school with their hands over their heads as armed officers ran by.

The shooter's motive remains under investigation.

Fryberg comes from a prominent family of the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
