Does an exit plan requirement exist if any abusive situation occurs? It is expense to go in but it is even more expensive to retrieve situation occurs. Soldiers are merely human beings with a lot of emotional baggage and we have witnessed all disproportional maneuvers with religious and gung-ho attitudes ignoring intelligent approaches. Especially inside war jets, we don't see anything very clearly.
