M23 and Kabila is same tribe, philosophy and depend on theirs roots Uganda&Rwanda, no to Congolese Institution. They don't come to serve Congo but to loot and kill Congolese. The World Bank and G8 countries don't like to invest on the infrastructure commercial in DRC such as ports, airports, dam...etc which allows DRC to improve his economy but they prefer overspending on UN, NGO, and supply weapon to Uganda and Rwanda keep DRC in conflict and loot minerals. Enough is enough! We need change inside DRC and our exterior partner.
