South Korea has returned to China the remains of 36 Chinese soldiers killed during the Korean War.
China sided with North Korea in the 1950-1953 conflict.
In 2013 during a visit to Beijing, South Korean President Park Geun-hye offered to return the bodies of the Chinese war dead as a goodwill gesture.
Seoul has since handed over a total of 541 bodies to China, returning them each year just ahead of China's annual tomb-sweeping festival.
