Baluchistan, Pakistan

A suicide attacker has killed at least four people in a predominantly Shi'ite area of the Pakistani city of Quetta.

Police said the man detonated his explosives in a busy bazaar during the religious festival of Eid al-Adha, one of Islam's biggest holidays.

No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack in the Hazara neighborhood, which also wounded more than a dozen people.

Quetta is the capital of Baluchistan province, where the al-Qaida-linked Lashker Jhangvi group operates, along with Baluch separatist and nationalist groups.
