Early Drawdown of US Troops in Afghanistan (VOA On Assignment Mar. 15)

More than half of the 66-thousand US troops will be going home in 2013. VOA's Pentagon correspondent Luis Ramirez has been in Afghanistan recently with the US military. Alex Villarreal talked with him about the situation in Afghanistan now, and how events have led to this point.
