When Tsering Diki decided to care for some of her friend's children while looking after her own kids, she had no idea that it would grow into a daycare center business with four branches in New York City. She talks to VOA about starting Diki daycare center and the differences in child care culture in the United States, India and Tibet where she grew up. Diki says that her big dream is to introduce American child care and development systems to Tibetan communities inside Tibet and in exile.
