The governor of Missouri is pulling out National Guard troops who are assisting state and local police in Ferguson, Missouri, as protests continue there, following last week's killing of an unarmed African-American by a white police officer. VOAs Carolyn Presutti explains the difference between the National Guard and the US military, through this visit to a National Guard base in Pennsylvania.
