Local Food Enthusiasts Barter Delicacies and Building Community

A food swap movement has been spreading across the U.S. as more Americans grow their own food because of concerns about food safety and sustainability and a desire to eat locally. At a food swap, home cooks and gardeners meet to trade their homemade or homegrown items.
