US Hiring Improves; Jobless Rate Falls to 5.5%

U.S. unemployment declined to 5.5 percent in February, down two-tenths of 1 percent from January's figure, as American companies added 295,000 new workers to their payrolls. That was better than many economists were expecting and marked the 12th straight month of consecutive job growth above 200,000. But analysts are keeping close tabs on another economic factor: wage growth. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
