One year after Russia controversially annexed Crimea from Ukraine, sparking the worst tensions with the West in more than two decades, the Black Sea peninsula's key tourism industry is slowly beginning to attract visitors again. Tour operators say income remains steady but sanctions, border controls and bureaucracy pose challenges. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Sevastopol, Crimea.
