Obama Sets Out Agenda for Final Year in Office

President Barack Obama says combating the Islamic State militant group and protecting the homeland are among his top priorities for his final year in office. The president laid out his 2016 agenda during a year-end press conference Friday. VOA White House Correspondent Mary Alice Salinas reports.
