As the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump’s pronouncements are receiving a new level of scrutiny in the United States and beyond. VOA’s Michael Bowman reports, Trump, as well as Democratic contenders Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, have all spoken out against the Trans-Pacific Partnership in a year when few defended free trade on the presidential campaign trail.
