A two-year multinational investigation into the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur in July 2014 has concluded that it was shot down by a surface-to-air missile that was transported from Russia to rebel-held territory in Ukraine. Moscow has disputed the findings and denies any involvement. Henry Ridgwell reports.
