Bush Suggests Second Term Cabinet Changes

President Bush says he is considering changes in his cabinet and White House staff for his second term in office.

Mr. Bush, spending the weekend at the presidential retreat, Camp David, in Maryland, did not indicate who would be leaving.

Observers, however, say Attorney General John Aschroft and Secretary of State Colin Powell will likely depart in the next year.

Also, on Thursday, Mr. Bush vowed to move quickly and vigorously to enact his wide-ranging agenda of tax and Social Security reform, education initiatives and winning the war in Iraq.
