Spanish police have arrested 17 suspected members of the Basque separatist group ETA in a series of raids early Tuesday.
Officials say 150 police officers were involved in the operation in the Basque country and in neighboring Navarra.
The names of those arrested have not yet been released.
ETA has killed at least 800 people in its 36-year armed campaign to create a separate Basque homeland.
