Another suicide car bomber has struck at an entrance to Baghdad's heavily guarded Green Zone, a day after nine Iraqis were killed in an attack at the same checkpoint.
Hospital officials say at least two people were killed in Tuesday's attack, and a dozen others were wounded.
Meanwhile, to the north, in Mosul, the U.S. military says six bodies were found Tuesday, all killed execution-style with a bullet to the head. Monday, hospital officials said they had received the bodies of eight other men, all killed in the same way.
And in Fallujah, more clashes have been reported in the city that was the target of last month's massive U.S.-led offensive against insurgents.
