Health officials in Thailand say they have confirmed that a woman outside Bangkok is the 20th person in the country to contract bird flu since it hit Thailand two years ago.
Officials say the 50-year-old woman was hospitalized with the deadly H5N1 flu virus on Saturday after cleaning up chicken excrement.
