Chilean President Michelle Bachelet has visited her country's troops serving in the Bosnian peace mission.
President Bachelet met Thursday with 23 Chilean soldiers stationed in Banja Luka. Ms. Bachelet was quoted as saying the Chilean army is completely satisfied with all the conditions in Bosnia-Herzegovina. She also said Chile planned to continue to participate in the peacekeeping mission there.
President Bachelet's stop in Bosnia was part of a European visit that also took her to Spain. She is also attending the European Union - Latin America summit in Vienna.
