Paris Hilton must attend a May 4 hearing for allegedly violating her probation.
In January, the celebrity hotel heiress pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from a September 2006 arrest in Hollywood. She was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education, and $1,500 in fines.
On February 28, police ticketed her for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license, after they saw her car speeding with headlights turned off.
Paris Hilton was not present at the April 17 hearing. She faces a 90-day jail sentence if found guilty.
