Gene Therapy Yields Results Against Rare Form of Blindness

For the first time, scientists have used gene therapy to dramatically improve sight in people with a rare, inherited form of blindness. Researchers in Philadelphia and London are calling the results a milestone. During the experimental therapy faulty genes are replaced with normal ones. VOA's Robert Raffaele has the story.
