Kenyan police say U.S. President Barack Obama's half-brother has been arrested on a charge of marijuana possession.
Authorities say George Obama was picked up Saturday and is being held at the Huruma police post in Kenya's capital, Nairobi.

television channel CNN reports Obama spoke to one of its correspondents
from jail. The network quoted Obama as saying he was taken from his
home and does not know why he is being charged.
President Obama and George Obama had the same father but barely know each other.
